hello everyone, i am new here and was direceted here by john from bluescreekguitars. i purchased a great 1937 hauser koa guitar kit from him. i have built a ukulele previously and that is the history of my luthier career so far. building this guitar is now taking up all my free time and more and keeping me very entertained. i am trying not bombard john with too many questions as well as get other opinions for my questions.i am wondering if anyone can give me some advice on a concern i recently realized on my in progress guitar. i am ready to glue the soundboard to the sides but i realized that i used koa braces for the soundhole bracing instead of the crossgrained spruce. does anyone think this will effect the sound quality of the finished guitar, slightly, dramatically? and if so how do i remove the 2 koa soundhole braces and replace them with the cross grained spruce. thanks any input will be very helpful to me.

You are fine with Koa, my opinion is that they would have no effect.
